Construction Superintendent
Commercial Construction – General Construction- GC/CM- Construction Management
My client an excellent commercial construction company in the local area is actively seeking an experience Superintendent to run commercial construction projects in the Delaware area.

Superintendent- Individuals will have at least 4 or more years of commercial construction or experience on large scale multi-million dollar projects
- Strong commercial construction background (large ground up, addition, fit outs, renovation work)
- Ability to work/interact with field personnel, contractors and customers
- Manage & provide leadership for the labor, construction, materials, tools and equipment associated with projects.
- Blueprint comprehension, layout and coordination, material handling and inventory, site safety coordination, determining labor and production, ensuring labor hours are achieved, equipment and material resources.
- Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
Requirements:
- Qualified individuals for this position will have at least 4+ years of large scale project experience with a strong work history and relevant project experience.
- Salary is dependent upon years of experience so senior level candidates encouraged to apply.
- Bachelor’s degree not required but a plus (Engineering, Construction Management, building construction, Construction Science, Architecture, Architectural Engineering, etc.
