Project Executive Commercial High Rise - Residential High Rise
Salary-Depends on experience
My client a growing General Construction company in the Miami, FL market is seeking a Project Executive to join their growing staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or Construction discipline
- 10+ years construction experience managing/estimating both ground up and renovation projects.
- Extensive experience in the High-Rise construction sector
- Must be able to lead, teach, and train team members
- Review plans and specifications and identify project risks, unique features and complexities
- Excellent communication and writing skills are necessary
- Business development experience is key to excel in this position
