Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Heavy Highway Construction Project Manager. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day tasks related to Construction projects, including planning, coordinating, and managing resources. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to ensure successful project completion and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in heavy civil construction
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency in industry software
- A degree in the relevant field
- Working with Million dollar budgets
- Experience creating RFI's
- Has managed DOT. Preferred from OH DOT, WV or PA
- Strong procurement and budgeting skills
- Ability to effectively manage resources and timelines
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Thorough understanding of mechanical systems and project management principles
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Relevant certifications or licenses in mechanical engineering or project management
