Qualifications:
- 3-7 plus years experience out of a mechanical/electrical/plumbing environment.
- Has designed mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems for commercial/institutional type projects.
- building code experience.
- Proficient with auto cad.
- Excellent communication skills and detail oriented.
- Team Player who can work well with others.
