Job Details:
Controller
An up and coming tech company in the Los Angeles area has an opening for a Controller. The ideal candidate will have start up company experience and will be responsible for all financial planning and analysis, financial management, reporting, budgeting, forecasting and analysis for the company.
The Controller is responsible for managing all Accounting activities including cash management, account reconciliations, financial analysis, monthly closings, job cost analysis, internal control analysis and various other daily functions.
Additional responsibilities:
Monthly closings
Account reconciliations & analysis
Cash flow analysis & projections
Accounts payable
Financial reporting & general ledger maintenance
Review, update & streamline current systems and controls
Work with outside accountants
Perform other duties & special projects as required
Position Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or finance required.
CPA a plus
5+ years accounting experience required.
Experience in a Saas/software company is preferred.
