Job Details:
Business Unit Controller
Role:
As a Global Business Unit Controller, you'll be responsible for supporting the business partners, conducting analysis (operational, variance, cost, inventory, etc.), consolidations, strategy, working with operations and engineering, as well as being a leader for the business and respective team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform performance analysis and variance analysis on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Support operations, production, engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain to make sure they have proper planning, budgeting, and costing in place
- Improve policies, procedures, and processes in regards to inventory, capex investments, costing, forecasting, budgeting, etc.
- Present reporting results to other business partners
- Perform consolidations of financial results
- Act as a liaison between local and global stakeholders - finance, accounting, operations, and business leaders.
- Special projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree is requiring in Finance or Accounting
- Master's is preferred
- Certifications are a huge plus (CPA, CMA, Etc.)
- Prior experience managing people and leading a business unit preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- Prior experience managing a full P&L
- Prior SAP background is highly preferred
