- Daily job site visits and inspections for the purposes of work progress status and resolution to field issues.
- Strong mechanical background related to HVAC / Plumbing or Fire Protection.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC engineered design drawings, details, schedules and specifications.
- Daily correspondence or interaction with clients to provide services as required in a timely fashion.
- Strong organization skills of RFI's, change orders, project emails, plans, equipment releases, transmittals, etc.
- Implementing of project schedule and pencil requisitions.
- Monitoring of project logs, such as equipment, submittal and shop drawing logs.
- Managing project foremen
- Monitoring labor/ material/sub costs and budgets
- Coordination among other MEPS, architectural, structural trades.
