Application Development Manager
I'm seeking an Application Development Manager for a full-time permanent position with a stable and growing company in the Philadelphia area. This position offers competitive pay and excellent benefits. Interested candidates should have the following experience.
- Managing a team of .Net Developers, Business Analysts, QA Analysts and Project Managers
- Technical background in a Microsoft environment, .Net, C#, SQL
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and strategic thinking and planning skills
- Ability to develop and implement departmental plans
- Identify priorities and achieve results with a sense of urgency
- Demonstrate equal amounts of results orientation, ability to lead people and be willing to contribute ideas/opinions and take risks when necessary
- Develop and train staff and encourage a team approach and cross-functional teamwork to serve the best interests of the organization
