C# Lead Developer
My client is seeking a qualified Lead Developer to join the software development team. The Lead Developer will be responsible for leading a small team of software developers and quality assurance testers, providing technical direction for products, and giving professional motivation for team members. Effective communication skills are essential in this role for bridging feature requests from product management with technical details from the software development team.
Requirements
BS in Computer Science and 5 years software development experience
Strong architecture skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to translate requests from clients to technical details required by the development team and vice versa
Experience with C# , ASP.NET MVC using the Razor view engine
Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5 , CSS3
Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery, React, Aurelia
Ability to contribute code to the product, leading by example
Qualifications
Experience using an Agile methodology
Familiarity with best practices for developing software
Understanding of automated testing and continuous integration
Strong customer-service orientation
Interest in the latest software development tools and libraries
