Role:
As an Investor Services - Operations for a large financial service organization, you will be the key contact with Fund Managers and investors in regards to the investor service operations. This would include the management of the platform and it's respective projects, upgrades, enhancements.
Responsibilities:
- Work with internal teams to plan, organize, orchestrate platform integrations, upgrades, and enhancements
- Be the point of contact with system vendors, project managers, and local IT
- Review, process, & record transactions of hedge funds
- Act as a compliance specialist
- Will respond to inquiries from investors, fund management, legal and accounting staff
- Hire, Coach, mentor, train, recruit, and delegate
Qualifications:
Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree (accounting or finance), 4+ years of Investor Service experience within the financial services industry. High volume experience is required.
