Construction Estimator - Junior Level - Commercial Construction
Salary - Depends on experience
My client a growing General Construction company in the Laurel, MD area is seeking to add a Estimator to their growing team! Candidates must have 2+ years experience estimating multi-million dollar projects. Commercial project experience is required for this position. Multi-Family experience would be a plus. Must have knowledge of the regional market place, subcontractors, and pricing. Must be organized and able to multi-task as the Estimator will be handling multiple projects.
