Construction Superintendent
One of the premier Design/Build Firms in NYC has an immediate need for a Senior Construction Superintendent with 10+ years’ experience. Position is full time permanent is the need is immediate.
Job Description and Duties:
- 10+ years’ experience working as a Superintendent for a General Contractor.
- DOB License
- Experience working on commercial, high-rise, or Multi-use projects.
- Oversee all aspects of new commercial construction.
- Liaison between subcontractors and suppliers.
- Oversee the entire project.
- Enforce safety plans.
- Strong computer skills.
- Team player and stable work history.
