One of the top MEP Consulting Firms in NYC has an immediate need for a Lead Project Manager with 7-15+ years’ experience. Position is full time permanent is the need is immediate.
Job Description and Duties:
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
- PE is not necessary.
- Business development experience.
- Experience with HVAC or Plumbing design.
- Meet with new clients to close new business.
- High level of overall construction industry.
- Conduct Site Surveys.
- Bill clients monthly.
- Experience working on 1 or more of the following projects-Hospitals, Office, Residential, Schools, Retail, Hospitality, and Public.
