LAND DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER
Civil PE with Land Development experience needed for world class Engineering Consulting firm Austin,TX. The ideal candidate will be able to oversee a team of engineers as well as be responsible for individual design work. Experience designing grading, storm water management, utilities, roadway, parking lots, sidewalks. Project experience with residential, retail, corporate and industrial projects. A stable employment history with a land development firm. AutoCAD Civil 3D. A full understanding of zoning and approvals process. Good client interaction skills. Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time. Great opportunity to progress within company. Must have active TX PE and or the ability to attain in a short amount of time along with land development experience.
