EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Professional Land Surveyor (PLS)
• 10+ years of survey experience
• Previous supervisory experience
• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent. Associates or Bachelor’s degree a plus
As a Senior Project Surveyor, you will be an integral part of the Survey Department in our Landover, MD office, where you will coordinate field and office staff and be responsible for managing survey projects in a timely, accurate and cost effective manner.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Senior Project Surveyor manages survey projects from initiation to completion. He/she will plan, organize, coordinate, assign and monitor the work of field survey crews. In addition, the Senior Project Surveyor is responsible for quality control and assurance (QA/QC), preparing and adhering to project budgets and schedules, and managing compliance with safety standards. Senior Project Surveyor will also work closely with project team members and clients to lead, prepare, and participate in project proposals and interviews.
