Job Details:
Project Manager
This is a field position running small crews of Steamfitters. Will handle multiple jobs at once - usually under 1 million
- Coordinate and supervise HVAC Construction Projects from inception to completion
- Interact with owners and general contractors to develop strong business relationships
- Schedule and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers
- Deliver projects according to client needs and budget
- Manage project team, including field foreman
- Report on variances and make adjustments as needed
- Project billing
- Attend weekly meetings on site
- Prepare change order proposals
- Release and schedule equipment deliveries
- Monitor labor activity
- BSME or related degree preferred, but not required
- Two plus years of HVAC related experience
- Offices in Manhattan and the Island.
