Job Details:
Project Manager
Responsible for management of HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Protection projects.
Duties include:
- Purchasing and cost control, overseeing coordination, subcontractors and scheduling of project activities.
- Experience using CMiC software or Fast Pipe preferred
- Process change proposals, submittal review, submission of monthly requisitions and coordination of manpower.
- Attend start up meeting and reviewing scope with Foreman, Pre-fab, CAD, and Estimating departments. Requesting drawings, specifications, addenda from the General Contractor. Obtain and secure all permits.
