Job Details:
Project Manager - HVAC
Responsible for management of mechanical projects.
Duties include purchasing, cost control, overseeing coordination, subcontracts, and scheduling of the project activities . Other duties include processing change proposals, submittal review, submission of monthly requisitions, and coordination of manpower requirements with Labor Superintendents.
- Provided detailed cost background and accounting
- Manage progress and execution
- Work with General Contractor with all changes and paperwork
- Excellent time management skills
- A Bachelor’s degree a plus
- Excellent health care and compensation.
