Job Details:
My client seeks an HVAC Commercial Service Sales Representative. This positions responsible for direct, outside sales of HVAC-related mechanical services, analyze drawings, statements of work and customer requests to prepare detailed time, cost and labor estimates for mechanical repairs, preventive maintenance agreements and equipment installations. Prepares and reviews all cost and material requirements and prepares itemized lists. Schedules work with clients and coordinates the delivery of required equipment and materials to the jobsite in conjunction with the scheduling of required labor with the Service Division.
