Director of Steel Construction
Project Manager Qualifications:
- 15+ years working for a steel erection/miscellaneous steel contractor.
- Ability to oversee project managers.
- Quality control over projects.
- Conceptual budgeting/planning based on plans and specs.
- Proficient with computers
- Oversee steel trade sub-contractors, engineering drawings, and construction contracts.
- Develop cost-effective erection plans and schedules for completion projects.
- Review and develop structural and miscellaneous steel drawings.
- Oversee a structural steel project from start to finish.
- Team leadership ability and excellent communication skills.
