Job Details:
My client seeks a Project Manager with General Construction background. They would prefer the person to be well versed in Commercial Ground UP construction. Person will be responsible for carrying out multiple projects simultaneously or large-scale single projects from pre-construction through closeout and serve as the client’s primary contact. Have P & L responsibility for the project and oversee superintendents, vendors, and other related personnel. If you have this type of experience , we should talk!
