Financial Reporting Accounting Manager
$100k-$120k
Hybrid OR Remote
The Accounting Manager will report to the VP of Finance and will be responsible for preparing reporting packages and financial statements and disclosures, perform variance analysis, manage bank reconciliations, and assist with forecasting and budgeting. The Accounting Manager will oversee a team of accountants and will be tasked with training, motivating and developing the staff.
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing journal entries
- Preparing financial statements
- Reviewing accruals and prepaid schedules
- Preparing and reviewing balance sheet reconciliations
- Preparing monthly cash flow statements
- Review Intercompany reconciliation and analysis
- Lead update/review of lease management process
- Involvement in monthly and quarterly close process
- Responsible for maintaining chart of accounts
- Support audit requests
Qualifications:
- BA/BS in Accounting or Finance
- 4+ years of experience
- CPA a plus
- Supervisory Experience a plus
- Ability to manage and develop a staff
- Strong knowledge of Excel formulas and financial modeling
