**Key Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- Over three years of experience in implementing ERP systems; familiarity with Deacom is a plus.
- Strong grasp of business processes and data structures.
- Exceptional project management and communication abilities.
- Experience in SQL, scripting, or integration tools is advantageous.
- Proficient in process mapping and problem-solving with visual communication aptitudes.
- Flexibility to travel occasionally may be required for successful project execution.
