Position Overview
An elite, global law firm is seeking a highly skilled Senior Paralegal to join its dispute resolution practice. This role will oversee complex regulatory proceedings, international dispute resolution, and high-stakes cross-border litigation.
Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Case Leadership: Managing all administrative and operational phases of large-scale regulatory proceedings, international arbitrations, and federal litigation from pre-filing through trial/hearing.

Regulatory & Court Filings: Handling complex filings and procedure before specialized federal regulatory agencies, federal district courts, and federal appellate courts.

International Arbitration Practice: Supporting investor-state and commercial arbitration matters before major international arbitration institutions.

Document & Data Management: Maintaining strict confidentiality standards across complex electronic and hard-copy case materials; overseeing database structure via modern e-discovery tools.

Citation & Brief Prep: Conducting thorough legal and factual cite-checking, Shepardizing, and applying Bluebook standard citation formatting to briefs and submissions.

Trial & Hearing Logistics: Assisting attorneys with witness prep, deposition preparation, exhibit management, and live trial/hearing support.

Team Supervision: Directing the work of project assistants, junior litigation staff, and temporary document review teams.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Communicating effectively across internal attorney teams, expert witnesses, opposing counsel, and corporate clients under strict deadlines.
Technical & Software Requirements

Deep familiarity with federal court electronic filing systems (PACER / ECF).

Hands-on proficiency with industry-standard litigation support and trial presentation software.

Advanced mastery of Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications & Experience
Required:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) with a strong academic background.

Experience: 4+ years of paralegal experience within a reputable mid-to-large law firm environment, with direct experience supporting active trials, administrative hearings, or major arbitrations.
