HR Technology Manager
I'm seeking an HR Technology Manager for a full-time position with a stable and growing company in the Greater Philadelphia area. This is a hybrid position that will be responsible for making process improvements and leading the strategy for Workday implementations. Interested candidates with the following skill set are encouraged to apply.
- 5-7+ years of HRIS experience with Workday subject matter expertise
- Demonstrated configuration experience in Core Workday HCM and at least 2 other functional areas within the Workday platform.
- Strong ability to translate business needs into requirements, solutions design and Workday configuration.
- Experience with Workday reporting and Workday modules
- Experience leading organizational change management in partnership with HR, Defining HR technology strategy, roadmaps and People analytics.
- Experience leading a team of HRIS Analysts
