Land Surveyor
A growing civil engineering and surveying firm is seeking an experienced Project Surveyor to lead boundary, topographic, subdivision, and survey projects throughout NC.
Responsibilities:
- Manage survey projects, budgets, schedules, and profitability
- Lead client communication and attend project meetings
- Prepare proposals, legal descriptions, maps, and survey documents
- Oversee drafting and technical staff
- Coordinate contract administration and project billing
- Ensure timely, accurate project completion
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of surveying experience
- Strong background in boundary and topographic surveys
- NC PLS license preferred
