**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in designing or developing applications with business users and developers in small to midsize organizations.
- Strong ability to analyze business processes and prescribe functional solutions.
- Proficient in reading and writing SQL.
- Comfortable interacting with both internal teams and, optionally, external clients.
- Experience in end-to-end project automation and software development life cycle (SLC).
- Ability to document solutions at appropriate levels and propose user-centric solutions.
- Versatile and ready to adapt by wearing multiple hats as needed.
- Experience in financial services or equipment leasing is a plus, but not mandatory.
