Overview
We are seeking an experienced Billing and Collections Manager to oversee billing operations, accounts receivable, and collections activities in a high-volume environment. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring accurate invoicing, timely collections, process improvements, and exceptional client service.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of billing and collections professionals.
- Manage billing, invoicing, collections, and accounts receivable processes.
- Monitor outstanding balances and drive timely payment collections.
- Resolve complex billing and payment issues with clients and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Pricing, and eBilling teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of billing, collections, or accounts receivable experience.
- 2+ years of supervisory or management experience.
