Commercial Loan Relationship Manager
A financial institution is seeking an experienced Commercial Lending professional to manage and grow a portfolio of business clients while developing new lending relationships within the community. This role serves as a trusted advisor to business members, delivering tailored commercial loan solutions, analyzing complex credit opportunities, and driving long-term portfolio growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and manage commercial loan relationships with local business clients
- Analyze financial statements, credit profiles, and lending opportunities
- Structure and originate commercial loans, including SBA and other government-backed programs
- Develop referral networks and generate new business lending opportunities
- Serve as primary relationship manager throughout the life of the loan
- Partner with credit, lending, and collections teams to support portfolio performance
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
- 10+ years of commercial lending or business banking experience
- Strong credit analysis, underwriting, and relationship management skills
- Experience with SBA or government lending programs preferred
- Proven ability to develop and grow commercial loan portfolios
