Senior IP Litigation Paralegal
160-170K, Hybrid
Liberty Personnel is partnered with a Global Law Firm seeking to add a Senior IP Litigation Paralegal to their team.
Responsibilities
- Support all phases of complex intellectual property litigation matters from inception through trial and appeal.
- Assist with case management, filings, discovery coordination, and document organization in high-stakes patent disputes.
- Prepare and manage filings before the ITC and federal courts, including cite-checking, proofreading, and coordination of exhibits and supporting materials.
- Coordinate with attorneys, experts, vendors, and clients on litigation strategy and case logistics.
- Manage large-scale document productions, privilege reviews, and electronic discovery workflows.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and Paralegal Certificate required.
- 8+ years of Paralegal experience.
- 5+ years of Intellectual Property experience preferred.
- Experience with ITC Section 337 is required.
