Human Resources Manager
We’re looking for a strategic, people-focused Human Resources Manager to lead our HR function and drive a high-performing, positive workplace culture. In this hands-on leadership role, you will own the full spectrum of human capital management — from talent acquisition and employee relations to performance, compliance, and organizational development — while partnering closely with leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership to secure budget approval for new hires and ensure staffing plans support current and future business needs.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, and offer negotiations.
- Oversee pre-employment screenings, benefit enrollment, and new-hire orientation to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Develop and maintain accurate job descriptions, training programs, and career development pathways for all roles.
- Design and implement HR strategies that enhance workforce effectiveness and advance company objectives.
- Manage payroll processes and maintain HR systems (including ADP) with full compliance to all applicable laws and regulations.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations matters — conducting investigations, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting a respectful workplace.
- Handle all employee life-cycle transactions, including status changes, terminations, severance agreements, unemployment claims, and exit interviews.
- Ensure full compliance with FMLA, OSHA, EEOC, and all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Keep HR policies, procedures, and documentation current, legally compliant, and clearly communicated across the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR management and employee relations experience.
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification strongly preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills; proven ability to manage up and collaborate effectively with senior leadership.
- Demonstrated success in leading hiring initiatives and executing strategic talent acquisition and retention programs.
- Highly adaptable, solution-oriented, and comfortable thriving in a fast-paced environment.
