HVAC Controls Technician
Looking for a hands-on Controls Technician who knows HVAC systems, BAS/BMS controls, and how to keep critical facilities running smoothly. If you enjoy troubleshooting, commissioning, and making buildings smarter — this is for you.
What You’ll Do
• Commission & troubleshoot BAS/BMS control systems
• Work with HVAC equipment: AHUs, VAVs, chillers, boilers, CRAC/CRAHs
• Configure controllers, graphics, alarms, and trends
• Diagnose field devices, VFDs, and network communication issues
• Perform point-to-point testing and startup support
• Read control drawings and update as-builts/redlines
What We’re Looking For
• 3+ years of BAS/BMS or controls experience
• Strong HVAC and troubleshooting knowledge
• Familiar with BACnet/IP, Modbus, and Ethernet networks
• Experience with Schneider EcoStruxure or Niagara is a plus
• Data center or mission-critical experience is a bonus
