PROJECT ARCHITECT
DESCRIPTION

Duties & Essential Job Functions
· Assist Principal Architect with project workload and capacity
· Establish point of contact with clients, building rapport for lasting relationships
· Produce project schedules & schedule project resources
· Oversee projects through the design process and through Construction Documents
· Develop details and specifications necessary for drawing completion
· Coordinate with civil, structural and MEP consultants as needed
· Perform Construction Administration duties (ASI’s, RFI’s, submittal review, site visitations)
· Oversee project profitability, tracking project resources (staff, tasks, consultants, etc.)
Qualifications
· Accredited Architectural degree
· Licensure in State of Pennsylvania
· 10+ years of overall experience and at least 3 years of project management experience
· Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) in order to communicate clearly with clients as well as internal staff
· Multi-family experience a big plus
· Service-minded personality
· Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
· Knowledge of Photoshop, Bluebeam, and/or SketchUp is a plus.
· Excellent organizational skills to set realistic goals, timelines, and execution strategies.
· Technical skills required to develop details, review detailed drawings and specifications, and navigate general industry challenges.
· High attention to detail
· Problem solving skills a must. Striking a balance between good design, affordability, and constructability is a great service to our clients.
SALARY: $85-105K + Benefits & Bonus
