Architectural Project Designer – Growth-Focused Role
A well-established and design-driven architecture practice is seeking a motivated Architectural Project Designer to join their collaborative team. This role is ideal for someone with 4+ years of experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about contributing to impactful commercial and mixed-use projects. Experience with structured parking facilities is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to all phases of design – concept, schematic, design development, and construction documents
- Develop creative design solutions for commercial and mixed-use projects
- Produce renderings, models, and presentations to communicate design intent
- Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure project success
- Support construction administration efforts and coordinate with project leadership
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture
- 4+ years of relevant project design experience
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) is a plus
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Actively pursuing licensure / AXP preferred
