Job Title: Project Architect / Project Manager (Architecture)
We are seeking a well-rounded Project Architect / Project Manager to join a growing architectural firm supporting a diverse portfolio of commercial and mixed-use projects. This individual will play a key role in leading projects from concept through construction while coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects through all phases: schematic design, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal teams
- Coordinate with engineering disciplines and oversee project deliverables
- Monitor project budgets, schedules, and team utilization
- Lead and mentor junior staff while supporting collaborative team environments
- Contribute to design efforts across a variety of project types
Project Experience:
- Aviation concessions and retail environments
- Mixed-use and multifamily residential developments
- Corporate interiors, education, and commercial spaces
- Transit-oriented development (TOD) and redevelopment projects
Qualifications:
- Licensed Architect (multi-state licensure preferred)
- 5+ years of architectural experience with increasing responsibility
- Strong background in project management and team coordination
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Procore, and visualization tools such as Enscape and SketchUp
- Experience with BIM management and construction coordination tools
- OSHA 30 certification a plus
Education:
- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) or related degree
