Job Details:
Senior Architect (Licensed – North Carolina)
- Active Architectural License (NC preferred or ability to obtain)
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare, data center, or commercial building design
- Lead design from concept through construction administration
- Develop and review drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
- Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and client requirements
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and stakeholders
- Mentor and develop junior staff to support team growth
- Proficiency in Revit (BIM), AutoCAD, and related design tools
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Experience with large-scale, complex projects (hospitals, mission-critical facilities, or commercial buildings)
Preferred:
- Experience with data center or healthcare infrastructure
- LEED or sustainable design credentials
- Ability to support business development and client relationships
