Tax Resource Senior Associate
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review federal corporate tax returns for large, multi-entity corporations
- Manage tax compliance processes for high-revenue clients
- Coordinate and support ASC 740 tax provision calculations
- Collaborate with internal teams and external clients
- Ensure compliance with federal tax regulations and stay current on tax law changes
Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of relevant experience
- Strong experience in corporate federal tax compliance (Form 1120)
- Experience working with public company clients
- Experience with partnership taxation (Form 1065)
- Big 4 experience strongly preferred
- CPA required
