HVAC / Plumbing Supply Sales Manager

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Drive sales and gross profit through strategic planning and execution.
- Expand and manage a diverse customer base, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Optimize branch operations for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
- Recruit, develop, and empower branch employees while fostering a positive work culture.
- Collaborate with senior management to enhance showroom and outside sales performance.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven track record in Sales and Business Development.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing sales and warehouse teams.
- Knowledge of Excel, Word, and ERP systems.
- Familiarity with basic applications in Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning is ideal.
- Willingness to engage with long-term customers and spearhead change management.
