Now Hiring: Civil Engineer & Civil Project Manager
📍 Long Island, NY | Land Development Site Design Firm
Are you ready to shape the communities of tomorrow? Join a dynamic and growing land development site design firm on Long Island, where your expertise will directly impact residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects across the region.
We are currently seeking both a Civil Engineer and a Civil Project Manager to join our collaborative team.
🔹 Civil Engineer Responsibilities:
- Prepare site design plans, including grading, drainage, utilities, and erosion control
- Assist with permitting and regulatory approvals
- Perform calculations and design analysis
- Collaborate with project managers and senior engineers
- Use AutoCAD Civil 3D to develop high-quality construction documents
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- 2+ years of relevant experience in land development (preferred)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- EIT certification (preferred)
🔹 Civil Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead land development projects from concept through construction
- Manage client relationships and coordinate with municipalities
- Oversee design teams, schedules, and budgets
- Review engineering plans and ensure quality control
- Guide permitting and approval processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- 6+ years of land development experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
