Job Details:
MECHANICAL ENGINEER
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop complete HVAC systems throughout all project phases
- Produce mechanical drawings and construction documents using Revit, Bluebeam, and design tools
- Perform HVAC load calculations and support efficient, code‑compliant equipment selection
- Coordinate with multi‑discipline teams including electrical, plumbing, architectural, and structural
- Support construction phase activities: submittal review, RFIs, meetings, and site visits (travel may be required)
- Prepare specifications, technical documentation, and engineering reports
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Architectural Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of HVAC design experience or related systems design
- Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, and HVAC load calculation software
- EIT preferred
