Role:
Liberty Personnel is currently working with a boutique CPA firm providing tax and advisory services to local businesses and professionals that is seeking a motivated and dependable Administrative Assistant to support one of the CPA firm's partners. This position is someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and eager to grow with the firm over time.
This is a bit of a specific role that preferably is one of two types of professional:
- Candidates pursuing or interested in further education in accounting are encouraged to apply. However, candidates must be able to work full time hours while doing so.
- This is for the person that already has supported a Partner at a smaller CPA firm administrative wise but also took on some tax return work during busy season as well.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer phones, greet visitors, and serve as the first point of contact for clients

Organize and maintain electronic and paper files

Scan, print, assemble, and mail tax returns and client correspondence

Assist with data entry, appointment scheduling, and document management

Prepare cover letters, simple spreadsheets, and basic correspondence

Order office supplies and maintain organized work areas

Provide general administrative support to Partners and accounting team as needed

Salary range is dependent on experience, particularly exposure to CPA firm environments and/or tax preparation support
