Job Details:
Mechanical Engineer
70-100K, West Palm Beach area.
Liberty Personnel is partnered with a growing leak detection firm seeking to add a Mechanical Engineer to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design, evaluation, and improvement of mechanical systems related to fluid handling and environmental control
- Support installation, testing, and commissioning of leak detection and monitoring solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system performance and reliability standards are met
- Troubleshoot mechanical and system-level issues, providing timely technical support
- Contribute to documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Participate in site visits and field assessments as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in mechanical systems, infrastructure, or industrial environments preferred
- Familiarity with piping systems, sensors, or fluid monitoring technologies is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
