Job Opportunity: Construction Superintendent (Ground-Up Projects)
Mid-Senior Level | Full-Time | NYC License Required
We’re seeking a seasoned Construction Superintendent to oversee large-scale, ground-up construction projects. This is a hands-on site leadership role for an expert in lump sum contracting with a commitment to quality, safety, and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead on-site construction activities from start to finish
- Supervise trades and vendors for quality, schedule, and safety
- Coordinate material deliveries and approvals
- Manage site reports, time sheets, compliance forms, and logs
- Conduct inspections and coordinate with banks and project teams
- Enforce safety protocols and site security
- Support budget reviews and subcontractor requisitions
What We’re Looking For:
- 10+ years’ construction experience; 5+ years in supervision
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficient in blueprint reading, project documentation, and Microsoft Office
- Procore experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Must hold an active NYC Construction Superintendent License
