Automation - OEM Account Manager

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve your individual sales targets.
- Maintain and manage sales activities through CRM, ensuring forecast accuracy.
- Utilize a consultative sales process to engage with clients effectively.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with stakeholders, including owners, contractors, and engineers.
- Lead and participate in client meetings, presentations, and job walk-throughs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally on major sales pursuits.
- Play an active role in the estimating process, coordinating with teams to draft quality proposals.
- Ensure the alignment of project scope with client objectives and engage in project execution when necessary.
- Resolve any issues or deviations in project scope to maintain customer satisfaction.

**Required Qualifications:**

- Proven experience with major Building Automation Systems (BAS) such as Tridium/Niagara, Honeywell, or Siemens.
- Familiar with integration and control protocols like BACnet, Modbus, or LonWorks.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and energy efficiency strategies.
- Insight into smart building trends is highly desirable.
