Production Control & Logistics Manager
Join our team to lead production planning, inventory control, and logistics operations in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role ensures efficient production flow and on-time delivery while coordinating closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage production schedules to meet customer demand
- Oversee work orders, capacity planning, and shop floor scheduling
- Manage raw material, WIP, and finished goods inventory
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics and shipping operations
- Collaborate with procurement, engineering, and manufacturing teams
- Monitor KPIs such as on-time delivery, lead times, and inventory turns
- Support ERP/MRP systems for planning and inventory management
- Lead initiatives to improve supply chain efficiency and warehouse operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years in manufacturing production planning, logistics, or supply chain
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems and inventory management
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Preferred: Lean manufacturing or ISO environment experience.
