SENIOR CIVIL ENGINEER
We are seeking a results-driven civil engineering leader to expand our Land Development practice in Texas. This role focuses on business development, client relationships, and team leadership, while overseeing successful delivery of private and municipal land development projects. Senior leaders in this role typically drive market growth, build client partnerships, and guide engineering teams delivering site development projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business development efforts and expand relationships with developers, municipalities, and private clients
- Identify and pursue new land development opportunities across Texas
- Build, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team
- Oversee project delivery including scope, schedule, budget, and quality
- Lead proposals, presentations, and strategic marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with engineers, clients, and subconsultants to ensure successful project outcomes
- Support strategic growth and profitability of the Land Development division
Qualifications
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas (or ability to obtain within 3 months)
- 10+ years of experience in land development or municipal infrastructure
- Proven success in business development and client relationship management
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Experience managing multidisciplinary engineering teams
