**Key Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in electrical engineering design.
- Proficiency in designing Electrical Schematics using AutoCAD Electrical.
- Skill in developing PLC, Advanced Motion, and HMI Programs for Allen Bradley Controllers.
- Experience with Vision Systems for Orientation and Feature Detection.
- Ability to review project plans, exchange integration information, and develop installation plans in collaboration with customers.
- Strong communication skills for conveying complex technical information clearly.
- Knowledge of electrical design standards that meet UL requirements.
- Willingness to travel periodically for startups, installations, or to resolve field issues.
