Preconstruction Bid Coordinator - Commercial Construction
Salary - Depends on Experience
My client a well respected Construction company in the Northern NJ market is seeking to add a Bid Coordinator to their growing staff.
Key Responsibilities

Assist the estimating team throughout the bidding process
-
Set up projects and maintain project directories in Procore
-
Manage subcontractor prequalification documents and database
-
Upload and track plans, specifications, and project documents
-
Prepare and distribute bid packages and invitations to subcontractors
-
Monitor subcontractor participation to ensure adequate bid coverage
-
Track RFIs between subcontractors and the design team
-
Maintain organized project files and accurate project data
-
Support scope reviews and estimate submissions
-
Conduct follow-up communication with subcontractors after bid awards
Qualifications
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
-
Experience using Procore preferred
-
Strong computer and organizational skills
-
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills
-
Proactive and accountable work style
-
High School Diploma or GED required
-
Valid driver’s license and authorization to work in the United State
