Job Details:
Consumer Protection Associate Attorney
A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a litigation associate with three to six years of experience to join its growing consumer protection and class action team.
Candidates must have demonstrated experience with consumer class actions. Experience with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), state mini-TCPA laws, automatic renewal laws, and other complex consumer litigation matters is preferred. Familiarity with investigations and proceedings involving federal and state regulatory agencies is a plus.
Qualifications:

3–6 years of litigation experience

Consumer class action experience required

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong research and analytical abilities

Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

Active bar membership in good standing
