Senior Civil Engineer
What You’ll Do:
- Lead municipal infrastructure projects (site planning, permitting, civil design)
- Manage client relationships throughout the Glastonbury area
- Oversee budgets, schedules, QA/QC, and financial performance
- Prepare scopes, work plans, fees, and agreements
- Supervise and mentor engineers, technicians, and designers
- Develop plans, specifications, and infrastructure designs
- Support team development and business growth opportunities
What You’ll Bring:
- BS in Engineering (Civil preferred); PE required
- 8+ years of industry & project management experience
- Municipal/civil/water/wastewater project experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD & Civil 3D
